Sheep Shop Showcase

Sheep Shop Yarn Showcase
Every yarn
Every color,
Every pattern

It's a rare opportunity to get a glimpse of an entire collection. And to talk with the creator, too!

This year Fonnie Soderstrom of Sheep Shop Yarns will introduce us to Sheep 3 - a sumptuous wool/silk blend. I've had the privilege of knitting a little sample swatch with it. It's a shimmery pleasure. Beautiful colors and smooth hand. I can't wait to see and feel the finished pieces she's bringing along.

Moving Sale

Circles is moving. At the end of July we will close our current location. We will be moving to Roslindale where we will have more space - a full-sized classroom, a kitchen and outdoor space, as well. We will keep you posted with information about our new location and new operating model via emails, our web site and this forum.

Before we get to that, we need to pack everything up and move it. You can help by attending our moving sale and reducing how much we have to move!

Here's how the sale will progress:
*20% off - Saturday, July 14th & Sunday, July 15th
*30% off - Thursday, July 19th thru Sunday, July 22nd
*40% off - Thursday, July 26th thru Sunday, July 29th

See you there!!

Please note the following:
*all products in the store will on sale
*no special orders wil be processed until after the move
*all sales are final, no returns will be allowed
*Yarn Co-op balances cannot be applied to sale items.

Baby Surprise

May 5th through May 13th, we'll be knitting up Elizabeth Zimmerman's classic Baby Surprise Jackets for Cradles to Crayons.

Circles will provide yarn for knitting for charity. Or you can knit along with your own yarn.

We'll also have a workshop on Saturday, May 5th, from 11 until.....
In the workshop you can learn how to keep track of where you are (some say Elizabeth Zimmerman's instructions are sparse), play with color, weave in ends as you go, and add different edge treatments.

All this for $10 (includes the pattern). That's hard to beat. So, please join us as we surprise ourselves with our creativity and surprise some needy children with lovingly hand knit sweaters.

See you there!

Sunshine. Alpacas. Maine.

That's what we're headed for on April 14th.

Join us for a day at the Sunshine Alpacas of Maine farm. We'll meet Lori Malloy, her suri alpacas, her llamas, her angora bunnies, her chickens, her dogs, her cat and her parrot. We'll tour the on-site spinning mill, have a lunch from Sebago Brewing Company and take yarn dyeing workshop. It's a great way to break the cabin fever and launch your spring.

Sign up now, as there are only 6 seats available.

When: Saturday, April 14th 8:30am - 6:00pm
Where: leaving from the Circles parking lot
